DGAC Director of Education and Training - Vaughn Arthur  

Vaughn is responsible for managing, developing, and presenting dangerous goods training courses on behalf of DGAC. He is frequently asked to speak at conferences and seminars in the U.S. and abroad. A Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA), he has been an invited lecturer at the International Maritime Academy in Trieste, Italy and at PIRA, International in the UK.
